Development of the ASACP
The Asian and Comparative
Philosophy Caucus (ACPC) was formed in 1984.
The ACPC changed its name to the Asian and Comparative
Philosophy Society of Australasia (ACPSA) in 1988, as
reported in the ACPSA Newsletter of July 1988.
The ACPSA later changed its name to the Australasian
Society for Asian and Comparative Philosophy
(ASACP).
